⚠️ PRE-ORDER NOTICE

Orders placed for the Solvia 8x32 AI Binoculars are currently on pre-order and are scheduled to ship between early June 2026. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email. The standard processing times below will apply to in-stock items only.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day and may ship within up to 2 additional business days.

Shipping Regions

Shipping Within the U.S.

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates and delivery options will be shown at checkout.

  • PO Boxes:
    We can ship to PO Boxes in most cases. If a package is not picked up within the carrier’s holding period, it may be returned to sender.
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO):
    We do not currently ship directly to APO/FPO military addresses. If you need shipping to a military address, please contact us and we’ll do our best to advise available options.

International Shipping

We currently operate a warehouse in North America only. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact our support team at support@matataxplore.com for assistance.

Shipping Methods

We ship using major carriers such as DHL and Fedex. The carrier and service level may vary based on your order contents, destination, and carrier availability. Available shipping options, pricing, and any upgrades are shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier selected at checkout. In most cases, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. We provide estimated delivery windows where available, but actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, or remote-area service.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our website using your order number and phone number or email on the Tracking page.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is currently free by default for eligible orders within the 48 contiguous United States. If you choose a shipping upgrade or your destination requires an additional surcharge (such as certain remote areas), the total shipping cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our support team if a manual quote is needed.

Address Changes

If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Address Accuracy & Returns to Sender

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We’re not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery, or unclaimed pickup, we can help arrange a reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or provide a refund in accordance with our return policy.

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number so we can assist.
