This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on MatataXplore Official Store and is intended for customers in the United States.
Order Cancellation
Standard Orders: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been processed and shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow our standard 30-day return policy below.
Pre-Orders: We understand that waiting for a product can change your plans. You can cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any time before shipping. Once a pre-order ships, it is treated as a standard order.
(Note: Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders may shift due to production or logistics factors, but your right to cancel before shipment remains unconditionally guaranteed.)
Returns (30-Day Policy)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items are returned
- The product shows no signs of damage, wear, or misuse
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
How to Request a Return

Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged or defective items: We will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are shipped using a trackable method. Please retain the return shipping receipt and tracking information until the refund has been completed. If the return shipment cannot be verified, the refund may be delayed or declined.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
