Warranty Coverage
Thank you for choosing MatataXplore. We provide limited warranty coverage for eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within the United States.
What is covered under warranty?
Functional failures not caused by human factors are eligible for free repair or replacement within the applicable warranty period.
The optical system is covered by a 3-year limited warranty.
The main unit, including electronics and software, is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
A valid proof of purchase, such as an order screenshot, invoice, or receipt, is required to obtain warranty service.
What is not covered under warranty?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping, impact, water immersion, or exposure to high-temperature environments.
It also does not cover damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, firmware flashing, or modification.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Normal wear and tear, including aging, scratches, stains, and other non-functional cosmetic issues, is not covered.
Accessories such as the neck strap, carrying case, and lens caps are not covered, except for quality issues reported within 7 days of delivery.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the original delivery date shown in your order record.

This Warranty Policy applies to orders and warranty service within the United States only.
Warranty Service & Remedies
If a valid warranty claim is approved, we reserve the right to determine whether the issue will be resolved through repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution based on the condition of the product and the nature of the issue.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty inspection, return service, or exchange unless otherwise confirmed by our support team.
Unauthorized Repairs
Please do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the product yourself, and do not use unauthorized third-party repair services.
Unauthorized repairs may damage internal components, create safety risks, and void your warranty.
